You pay a fixed price. It doesn't change while you're with us. No surcharge when a new employee joins, no surcharge when monitoring fires an alert at night.
If something changes after your term ends, we talk about it openly. Never silently. That's spelled out in your contract.
No ticket system
You call. We pick up.
Support is Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. You call, we pick up. If we're on the phone with another customer, we call back as soon as possible.
No ticket, no bot, no "we'll get back to you in 3-5 business days". If it's urgent, we handle it.
Your data
All data belongs to you.
If you cancel, you take everything with you. Files as ZIP, database as SQL, email via IMAP migration. The server keeps running for 30 more days so the migration goes smoothly.
We don't lock anything, we don't withhold anything. That's not a clause - that's architecture.
