Your automation infrastructure.
Stable. Documented. Under your control.
We set up and operate automation stacks in your own accounts. You keep full control over data and infrastructure. We ensure it keeps running.
The Problem
Why companies struggle with automation operations
The pattern is always the same
Teams invest heavily in setup. It works. Then it gradually decays because no one is responsible for operations.Setup is easy. Maintenance is the problem.
Installing an automation platform takes a few hours. Keeping it stable, updated, and secure for years requires continuous attention.
No one wants to own it
Development teams build new features. IT manages infrastructure. Automation falls between the cracks – until something breaks.
APIs change without warning
Your workflow runs fine for months. Then an external system updates its API, and everything stops working.
Knowledge lives in one person's head
That person who set everything up? They left the company. Now no one knows how anything works.
Why standard solutions fail
The market offers tools and consulting. But no one wants to take ongoing operational responsibility.SaaS means loss of control
When your processes run in external systems, you depend on their pricing, availability, and roadmap decisions. Data sovereignty becomes impossible.
Consulting ends after the project
Consultants build solutions and leave. Responsibility stays with you – without the expertise to keep it running.
Tools require operators
You can buy the best automation platform. Without someone operating it, it will be outdated in three months.
Our Approach
What we do differently
We take operational responsibility. Not just during setup – but as long as you need it.
Deployment in your infrastructure
We set up automation stacks in your own cloud accounts. You maintain full control over data, access rights, and infrastructure.
You pay infrastructure directly
Server costs go directly to your cloud provider. We don't resell infrastructure. You see exactly what you're paying for.
Ongoing operations included
Security updates, monitoring, log analysis, incident response. Everything needed to keep systems stable and secure.
Documentation as standard
Every setup is documented. Every architectural decision is explained. No knowledge that only exists in someone's head.
Hardened deployment
Security hardening from day one. Encrypted connections, access control, audit logging. Not as an add-on, but as a foundation.
No vendor lock-in
Everything runs in your accounts. All documentation is yours. You can end the partnership anytime and continue independently.
"For us, infrastructure is not an afterthought – it's the foundation of our digital services. With koetting.io, we found a partner who not only masters the technical implementation but also takes long-term responsibility. Our backups run reliably, the data remains under our control, and we didn't have to build our own DevOps team. The setup was professional, the documentation is complete, and when we have questions, we have direct contacts who respond promptly."

How it works
From initial assessment to stable operation. Structured, transparent, without unnecessary complexity.
Architecture Call
We assess your requirements, existing systems, and constraints. No sales pitch – just a shared evaluation of whether collaboration makes sense.
Infrastructure Setup
We provision the required infrastructure in your cloud account. Hardened, documented, ready for production.
Platform Installation
Installation and configuration of the automation platform. Connection to your systems. Testing under realistic conditions.
Handoff & Operations
After go-live, we take over operations. Monitoring, updates, incident handling – everything in our area of responsibility.
Scope
What's included in Managed Hosting
Clear scope boundaries
Managed Hosting covers the infrastructure layer. Process logic and workflow design are separate services.Infrastructure Setup
Architecture design, resource provisioning, network configuration, security hardening. One-time setup fee.
Ongoing Operations
Monitoring, security updates, log analysis, incident response, backup verification. Monthly retainer.
Documentation & Handoff
Architectural documentation, runbooks, access procedures. Everything needed to operate independently if desired.
What we don't do
Clear boundaries prevent scope creep and keep responsibilities transparent.Workflow logic
Building and maintaining automation workflows is a separate service. We operate the platform, not the processes running on it.
Application development
We don't build custom applications or business logic. Our focus is on stable infrastructure operations.
Training & enablement
We provide documentation and operational support. User training and adoption support are not included.
FAQ
Common Questions
Questions we typically hear in first conversations.
Which automation platforms do you support?
We work with platforms like n8n, Windmill, and similar self-hosted automation tools. The specific choice depends on your requirements and existing systems.
Can I access the infrastructure directly?
Yes. Everything runs in your cloud account. You have full access rights. We work with delegated access that you can revoke anytime.
What happens if you stop operations?
Everything is documented. All access is in your control. You can continue operations independently or hire another provider. No lock-in.
How do you handle security incidents?
We monitor system logs and security events. In case of an incident, we follow documented response procedures. Critical incidents trigger immediate escalation.
Do I need Managed Hosting to use your Workflow Design service?
Yes. We only build workflows on infrastructure we also operate. This is the only way we can guarantee stability.
What is the minimum contract term?
Three months minimum term. After that, monthly cancellation. We offer a continuity bonus: 13th month free with 12 months commitment.
Does this fit your situation?
In a short call, we'll assess whether and how we can help.
No obligation, no sales pitch – just an honest evaluation.
